Lorain County Community College’s (LCCC), Division of Health & Wellness Sciences is seeking candidates for a full-time, Program Director tenure- track faculty position. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the Radiologic Technology Associate of Applied Science degree program, as well as teaching courses within the curriculum. LCCC’s Radiologic Technology program is accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology, (JRCERT). The program has excellent program outcomes and received an eight-year JRCERT accreditation in 2018. The program director must be a radiologic technologist who:
Earned Master’s Degree in a related field
Proficiency in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising
Document the equivalent of three (3) years of clinical experience in the professional discipline
Two (2) years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification and registration or equivalent in radiography.
