Our 100-bed St. Clare Hospital is a nationally recognized leader in rural health care in south-central Wisconsin. St. Clare offers acute care, as well as a wide range of other services including chemical dependency treatment, hemodialysis, radiation oncology and a free-standing hospice facility. Additional urgent care services are available at campus locations in the surrounding communities of Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton.
The director is responsible for coordinating departmental activities, technologist staff and scheduling, and is responsible for the development, interpretation and application of departmental policies and procedures, the budget, long range plans and yearly goals and objectives of the department for St. Clare Hospital and Dean Clinic. The Director provides input into the purchasing of equipment and the servicing of equipment, coordinates Quality Control and ordering supplies. Leads in Performance Improvement activities
Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology (two or three year program)
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field.
Two to five years of supervisory experience.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred.
Two to five years of supervisory experience, current knowledge and prior experience in ACR, JCAHO, Federal and State laws or regulations, which govern the hospital and Medical Imaging Good interpersonal skills
