Education: Associates Degree Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred Graduate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology or related field Required.
Experience: Five years as staff Radiation Therapist; three years leadership experience. Required
Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT in Radiation Therapy Required ARRT in Radiologic Technology Preferred
Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency. Testing; computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Intranet/Internet. Proven ability to multi-task, and work successfully within a fast paced performance driven culture. Excellent facilitation skills; superior communication skills; ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent ability to confront and deal with difficult, stressful situations. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and make strategic recommendations for improvement — the ability to lift and carry various equipment including portable cardiac monitors, bedside commodes, etc.
