We are seeking a Lead Ultrasound Technologist for our Breast & Imaging Center located at 300 E. 66th Street in Manhattan.

Perform a variety of ultrasound imaging procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all ages.
Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures while applying his/her technical ability independently.
Assist the Ultrasound/Mammography Supervisor in directing the workforce.
Assist the Ultrasound/Mammography Supervisor in maintaining the Quality Assurance program and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
A High School Diploma/GED, with at least 2 years (3-5 years preferred) of experience performing duties comparable to those of a staff sonographer.
Bachelor's in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or AMA- approved (American Medical Association/ Joint Review Committee) program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
RDMS in Abdomen and Breast required; RVT preferred.
Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm (7:30am -6:00pm variable)
