Assistant Facilities Director Imaging Services
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department. You will manage all administrative, technical, and clerical operations of the department to ensure quality, access, and budget goals are achieved. In addition, you will manage a full service inpatient and outpatient department (7 days/24-hours a week) which generally includes Radiology, MRI, CT, I/R, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, Cardiac Cath Labs, and Imaging Files.
Three years of experience as a diagnostic imaging technologist preferred
Supervisory experience within the last three years in an imaging department
A bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or four years of experience in a directly related field with a high school diploma or GED
Imaging certification required (CRT, RDMS, ARRT Advanced Registries, CNMT, ARMRIT) or a current RN license with at least three years of imaging experience
Working knowledge and experience in a high volume imaging department
Demonstrated strong communication skills and labor relations/human relations skills are essential
Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory standards
Strong computer skills
The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
