The role would entail management of the personnel, projects and activities for the ACR Breast Imaging Accreditation Programs. The Breast Imaging Accreditation team is a dynamic, busy team that processes the accreditation applications and testing materials for facilities applying for ACR Accreditation. The ACR is looking for someone with managerial experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as accreditation experience and extensive computer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Determining work goals, objectives and standards to be achieved by staff
Maintain excellent and engaged team dynamics
Participates in the development of specifications and maintenance of the accreditation software system
Staffs ACR Committees
Acts as liaison both internally and externally
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- ARRT certified and registered in mammography - 3+ years of managerial experience - Experience working with computer networks and databases - Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office software;
- Experience with DICOM image transfer, and DICOM header information - Organizational and analytical skills; - Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions; - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; - Ability to work as a part of a team and individually.
