Logan Health Medical Center, located in scenic Kalispell, Montana, has opportunities for X-ray Techs (Diagnostic Imaging Technologists) to join their team!

We are located in the heart of the Flathead Valley, just a short drive to Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, Whitefish Mountain. Our area offers stunning Rocky Mountain views and endless outdoor recreation options at your doorstep.
We currently have several shifts to choose from to suit your schedule:
- Variable – 40 hours or 36 hours per week
- Night Shift – 37.5 hours per week
- Evening Shift – 40 hours per week
- Day shift – PRN

This position performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and tasks required to ensure the assigned area runs smoothly and provides for the physical and psychological needs of patient during examination.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required.
- ARRT Certification in Radiology required.
- Current and valid Montana State license in Radiological Technology required (or obtained before hire).
- RQI Responder CPR certificate required.
Job Specific Duties:
- Performs and documents assessment of the patient utilizing available information and incorporating the patient’s perception of illness/condition.
- Assists provider with examinations and procedures as directed and in accordance with established scope of practice as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Maintains an understanding of current exam protocols as applicable to assigned area(s). Works in collaboration with the radiology department to ensure the most up to date protocols are followed.
- Accurately and efficiently transcribes and implements provider orders and treatments. Consistently problem solves issues affecting patient care.
Follows current exam protocols to perform diagnostic imaging procedures as applicable to assigned area(s). - Maintains accountability to technologist competency/quality control standards. Reviews QA report and takes appropriate action as indicated.
- Assists with maintaining and coordinating repairs and services as needed. Monitors equipment for malfunction and alerts leadership per department procedures and protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Performs administrative responsibilities per department procedure and protocol.
